Remember that Zunafish is a true peer-to-peer trading system. If you have problems with a trade, you should attempt to settle it by contacting your trading partner yourself, and feel free to rate them poorly if they fail to satisfy your concerns. If, however, you believe you have been victimized by an unscrupulous trader, please report their screen name to the site and describe what you experienced. While Zunafish does not mediate between users to resolve disputes, we will terminate the account of a user found to be in violation of the User Agreement.
