Feedback Policy

The Zunafish User Rating System is designed to keep the site a fun and safe place to trade. However, as with any Internet community, you need to use good judgment when reading feedback left by other users, keeping in mind that Zunafish does not regularly review posted feedback or investigate it for accuracy.

When looking at a member's user rating, keep in mind that disagreements can arise between users, and that a single piece of negative feedback, or very few in an otherwise positive trading history, shouldn't necessarily mark the user as a bad bet to trade with. We also recommend that you read any comments left about a member by former trading partners, which can give more information.

When you are leaving feedback about another user, please remember that:

  • Feedback cannot be edited or deleted, so whatever you say will become a permanent part of a member's trading record and can be seen by the entire Zunafish trading community.
  • If you post something that is later found to be libelous or defamatory by a court, you will be solely responsible for it.

Although Zunafish has no obligation to remove or edit content posted by users, it reserves the right to do so, especially in the following cases:

  • The feedback contains profane or vulgar language, or pornographic material.
  • The feedback contains personal identifying information about another user, such as their real name, address, phone number, or e-mail address.
  • The feedback was left by person who was, under the terms of the User Agreement, ineligible to participate on the site at the time of the trade in question, or the time the feedback was left.
  • The feedback has absolutely no connection with Zunafish, including feedback related to trades that were not conducted through the Zunafish site.
  • The feedback is the subject of a valid court order finding that it is slanderous, libelous, defamatory or otherwise illegal, or is the subject of a settlement agreement resolving such a lawsuit submitted by both attorneys and signed by both parties.

If you believe that another member has left feedback for you that meets one or more of the criteria listed above, please email feedbackissues@zunafish.com and seek review. If we agree with you, we will remove the feedback.
