User Rating System
Zunafish members trade under the assurance of a user rating system. The system helps to ensure safe and secure trading because users who fail to exchange quality items in a prompt manner will receive poor ratings - effectively ending their Zunafish trading careers.
After you've received your new item in the mail, you'll have chance to rate your trading partner. Simply click the 'My Completed Trades' link from any page and you'll see an updated list of all your Zunafish trades, beginning with the most recent. Here you can inform your trading partner and all Zunafish members if the trade was satisfactory.
Positive Feedback
As long as the item arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was in the condition promised, you should leave positive feedback.
Negative Feedback
If the item never arrived or came in poor condition, you are free to leave negative feedback. However, since Zunafish members usually want to preserve their positive trading records, you're advised to first contact your trading partner by e-mail to try and resolve any disputes before leaving negative feedback. Your trading partner will usually do what's necessary to satisfy your concerns.
Neutral Feedback
If the trade in question was problematic but short of a disaster, you might consider leaving neutral feedback.
Users can also leave brief comments about a given trade and reply to any such comments, all of which become part of an individual's trading history. But remember that ratings and comments cannot be edited or deleted, so whatever you say will become a permanent part of a user's trading history.
Obscene or otherwise unacceptable comments will be removed from the system and could jeopardize a user's further participation on the site. For more information about feedback, including what constitutes unacceptable feedback, please see the Zunafish Feedback Policy.
